Civil Works and Site Preparation

This project included the civil and site preparatory works for a 3-acre site. The existing site had existing vegetation and approximately 15,000 yards of sand that needed to be removed.

The scope of works included removing all vegetation on site, removing all sand, leveling and fencing of site, as well as prep for infrastructure.

Key quantities and scope of work

- 3 acres of clear and de-grub
- 15,000 cubic yards of sand trucked off site to alternative location
- Leveling of existing site
- Site perimeter fencing, gates and hoarding
