Porte Cochere Works

The Porte Cochere construction required the building of a leveled foundation at an accurate height to facilitate the installation of off-island prefabricated steel work. All embedments were surveyed and were specifically positioned for steel erection.

The roof of the Porte Cochère was built using an upstand beam with hidden drainage inside the columns, through which rainwater is recycled for watering the surrounding plants. A new driveway made of carefully laid pavers completed this front entrance 09 renovation.
