Roof Restructuring & Replacement

The remedial works at this site were undertaken to create a more integrated look with the Kimpton Seafire Resort and Spa, most notably removing the thatch roof and demolishing the high-pitch roof structure.

We determined that the safest, most efficient way to remove the existing roof was to reinforce the roof structure and utilize a crane to lift the building's structure and place it on. Once the structure was safely on the ground, we were able to disassemble it with minimal fall risk.

Upon safely and efficiently removing the dated roof, we re- framed the new roof, installed standing-seam roofs on all 5 additional structures, and re- painted / re-stained all surfaces.
