This project was preparing the 2.5 acre Kembali Kai Residential Housing development for construction. The average site elevation was raised from 3 to 5 feet with aggregate.

The scope of work included removal of existing vegetation, excavation and crushing of rocket High Rock, trucking of excavated fill from High Rock to the site, placement of fill, and then piling of 15,000 cubic yards for sand on site for long-term storage.

- Demolition and removal of 10,000 cubic yards of vegetation and other materials
- Excavation and crushing of 8,000 cubic yards of aggregate at High-rock area
- Trucking, dumping, spreading, and compacting of 8,000 cubic yards of aggregate
- Trucking, dumping, spreading and piling of 15,000 cubic yards of sand
