This 3-year project is a 6-story luxury condominium development with a roof-top restaurant. Located at the tip of North West Point in West Bay, the development consists of 40 open-plan residences ranging from luxurious one- bedroom units to sprawling 4 bedroom sky villas. This turn-key project includes everything from structural works, including post- tension systems, to cutting-edge automated building controls suitable for an ultra-luxury select service condominium.
