General Contracting

WG continually demonstrates expertise in traditional General Contracting. We have many repeat clients because we build efficiently and economically while focusing on quality and safety. Our clients are confident that our knowledge of the marketplace and mastery of the construction process insures project completion that conforms to all contractual agreements and project documentation.


Construction Management

Owners select WG as construction manager based on our project experience, staff qualifications, and track record of performance. We are committed to client satisfaction on all of our CM projects. We focus on building strategic partnerships and collaborative solutions with all parties, for all projects.

Using this project delivery method, the owner contracts separately with a designer and a construction manager. Design and construction phases overlap, allowing us to provide significant input into a project's constructability, scheduling, and costs before the design is completed. The owner controls the project while our team of construction professionals handles the day-to-day construction issues and keeps the project on track.

We provide these services either as an agent, where our client holds all the trade contracts, or on an at-risk basis, where we are responsible for all the trade contracts. CM contractual agreements are based on client preferences. We structure agreements in a wide variety of ways to reduce client risk. This includes Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) arrangements that insure that construction will not cost anymore than budgeted.



WG is a leader in design-build project delivery. We provide single-source responsibility, integrated design, construction planning, and accelerated schedules with open communications and teamwork.

Since construction in the design-build project delivery method runs concurrently with the design process, projects can be completed more quickly than with traditional linear methods. As drawings are developed, we serve as a single point of contact to the client, working with the designers to define functional requirements, refine the budget, and streamline the schedule. Our ability to identify long-lead items, orgnanize smart bid packages, and prepare detailed construction schedules yields positive results, reducing change orders and potentially saving clients months of time and millions in design and construction costs.

Chad Horwitz
BSc, Geophysics

Chad Horwitz earned his degree in Geophysics at the University of Colorado. After university, Chad went to work for Halliburton Energy Services as a production enhancement engineer. Among the many of the duties as a production enhancement engineer, Chad was most drawn to the construction side of the business. Chad managed designing and constructing the infrastructure needed to perform frac operations in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas.

Having completed an engineering track degree and having a high level of interest in the construction industry, Chad decided to move to the Cayman Islands in order to pursue his passion. Chad worked for City Services (Cayman) Ltd. as a Project Manager for two years before deciding to team up with Kevin Hogan in order to start Warren Greene Ltd. 


Kevin Hogan
BA, MS, Ph.D.

Prior to staring Warren Greene Ltd., Kevin spent 5 years in the Cayman Islands managing projects for the Evolving Island Group of companies. In addition to managing a wide range of construction projects including a 78 unit residential housing development, he conducted feasibility studies and construction cost estimating that helped secure project financing partnerships with Butterfield Bank, Cayman National Bank, Fidelity Bank and Scotiabank.

Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University as well as masters and doctoral degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington. In addition to his current appointment as an adjunct professor in the M.S. in real estate development at Nova Southeastern University, he has held clinical instructor and participating faculty positions where he instructed classes to M.B.A. students.
